Building & Grounds
The Building & Grounds Committee assures maintenance, upkeep and regulatory compliance of current Fearrington Cares facilities and grounds, and assesses the need for expanded space to support additional staff, new programs, services, and meetings.

Executive Committee
Ongoing oversight of Fearrington Cares affairs between board meetings. This committee is also responsible for ongoing review of the Fearrington Cares bylaws to assure compliance. It recommends needed revisions to the Board of Directors.

Communications

Finance and Fund Development
The Finance and Fund Development Committee is responsible for providing financial oversight of Fearrington Cares’ fiscal operations and for assuring adequate financials resources to support the Fearrington Cares Strategic Plan goals. It works to increase revenue from all sources to support organizational and program growth

Information Technology
The Information Technology Committee is responsible for maintaining up-to-date, user-friendly information and communications systems for Fearrington Cares. Working with the Volunteer Coordinator and Administrative Assistant, it assures appropriate orientation and training of all volunteers and staff in system usage.
