You’ll enjoy the companionship while you’re improving your overall fitness. Our movement classes keep you active regardless of your mobility. Choose chair yoga, tai chi, or join your friends in line dancing–no experience required!

If you get a bump or bruise, our on-site registered nurse is ready to help with minor injuries and more involved nursing needs, including wound and foot care for residents with diabetes. Recovering from surgery? Borrow our medical equipment at no cost until you’re back on your feet. Grandchildren coming to visit? Borrow a portable crib from a neighbor.
